    Frequently Asked Questions

Are personal items in my car secure?

All items left in your car, are at your own risk. We recommend you take all valuables with you when going on holiday. Car parks will not take responsibility for any theft, loss or damage to personal property left within a vehicle whilst it is parked.

My vehicle is already parked, but I need to amend my return date, what should I do?

If you are currently on your trip and would like to amend your return date, please contact the car park directly and they will be able to help with this. Unfortunately, we cannot amend any bookings online once the parking period has commenced.

Is there a minimum stay or minimum charge?

Some car parks will charge a minimum price or only offer parking if you are staying for a minimum length of time. You can get a free quote online at gatwickparking.co.uk to see what dates are available.

How much time should I allow for dropping my car off and getting to the airport?

Generally, if you have booked a parking product that includes a transfer to the airport, you should arrive to the car park about 30 minutes before you wish to arrive at the airport. However, some transfer times may differ, so we recommend checking your confirmation to ensure you leave sufficient time.

Do I get to keep my keys?

Some parking products give you the option to keep your car keys. If you want to do this, then you need to book a “self-park” car park. Most other car parks require you to leave your keys.
