Where will my car be parked at APH Gatwick?

The APH Park & Ride Gatwick car park is a fully secured car park that has been accredited with the Police-approved Park Mark Safer Parking Award. The car park is installed with high-tech security features and is patrolled 24 hours, 365 days a year. This is where you drop off and pick up your car when booking APH Park & Ride Gatwick. The car park is just off the M23, clearly signed and easy to access.

In peak travel times, however, additional capacity may be required to meet demand, in which case your car could be moved to an alternative APH secure car park. Your car will always be returned to the main APH Park & Ride Gatwick car park ready for you to collect.

Frequently asked questions

Where will my car be parked?

Your car will be parked on site at our Gatwick car park. It is staffed 24 hours a day, barrier controlled and covered in CCTV, so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle while you are away.

What if I change my car?

If you change your car, please don’t worry! You can update the details of your booking online by using the Manage My Booking function on our website. We recommend you update your car details before you arrive, so there are no delays to your journey.

Why do you need my car details?

We ask for your vehicle details so that we can send them onto to the car park, which speeds up the process when you arrive. Some car parks use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) so they can ensure the barriers open when you arrive.
If you don’t know which car you are going to arrive in, you can add this information after you have booked.

Why do you need to know the number of passengers?

The carparks need this information as they organise the transfers to the airport, so need to know how many people they are taking. Some carparks are limited to how many passengers per vehicle they can transfer, so this information is useful to them.
