APH Meet & greet Forecourt
Those looking for the ultimate in convenient Gatwick parking need look no further than APH Meet & Greet Forecourt. This service allows you to drive directly to the terminal forecourt, whether it is the North or South terminal at London Gatwick Airport.
While you are walking from your car to check-in, a fully insured driver will take your car to a secure parking compound, where it will stay for the duration of your trip. Upon your return to Gatwick, your car will be returned to the same area for you to pick up.

This is the most convenient option for disabled travellers and those needing a little extra assistance, as you park your car just a 2-minute walk from the terminal.
- Call the APH Meet & Greet team 10 minutes before your expected arrival at the terminal. The number to call will be provided with your booking confirmation.
- Follow the signs to Passenger Drop off, keep in the right-hand lane and drive to the Approved Operator bay at the far end.
- Meet your I Love Meet & Greet chauffeur, who will take your car keys.
- Walk across into the terminal, while your chauffeur drives your car to a secure parking compound.
- Call the APH Meet & Greet team as you collect your luggage.
- Walk out of the terminal to the forecourt.
- Your car will be ready for you to collect and drive away.
Transfers to the airport terminal
Not required! The beauty of APH Meet & Greet Forecourt is that it is just a short walk from your car into the airport terminal.
Height restrictions apply. Vehicles must be standard cars or 9-seater (including the driver) minibuses. APH Meet & Greet Forecourt is operated by APH partners, I Love Meet & Greet.
Please note that since March 2021, charges apply for vehicles entering the North or South terminal forecourt (drop-off) area. This charge is already included in the price of your booking and will be paid on your behalf. If you do find that you are issued with a penalty parking charge notice, please just email firstname.lastname@example.org and the penalty notice will be taken care of for you. (The charging system, which is operated by Gatwick Airport and not by us, has experienced some teething problems, which we hope will soon be rectified.)
The car park is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes of course you can still book. However, you’ll have to book a Meet & Greet service that is not specific to one terminal. This will be clearly listed either in the product name or in the details page when you get a quote for the product.
When you make the booking. Ensure you add all flight information, including return flight details with which terminal you are returning to.
No, you don’t have to print your confirmation if you don’t want to. You can bring a mobile copy with you if you prefer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an upgrade service online. If you have a Park & Ride booking and would like to upgrade to a Meet & Greet, you may have to cancel the booking you have made already and rebook a new service. This can be done online or by calling our friendly contact centre.
