There is no need to look for a disabled parking bay with I Love Meet & Greet Valet. This is the most convenient Gatwick parking option for travellers who may need a little assistance, as you park your car at the airport terminal, with just a short walking distance to check-in.
Arrival Procedure
- Around 10 minutes before you expect to arrive at the airport, call the I Love Meet & Greet team on the number provided.
- Follow the signs to Passenger Drop off, keep in the right-hand lane and drive to the Approved Operator bay at the far end.
- Meet your I Love Meet & Greet driver, who will take your car keys.
- Walk across into the terminal, while your car is driven to a secure parking compound.
Return Procedure
- After clearing Customs, call the I Love Meet & Greet number.
- Head to the meeting point outside the terminal.
- Your car will be ready for you to collect and drive away.
Transfers to the airport terminal
There is no need to take a transfer bus with I Love Meet & Greet Valet, as you drop your car off just a short walk from the entrance to the airport terminal.
Additional Information
Height restrictions apply. Vehicles must be standard cars or 9-seater (including the driver) minibuses.
Please note that since March 2021, charges apply for vehicles entering the North or South terminal forecourt (drop-off) area. This charge is already included in the price of your booking and will be paid on your behalf. If you do find that you are issued with a penalty parking charge notice, please just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and the penalty notice will be taken care of for you. (The charging system, which is operated by Gatwick Airport and not by us, has experienced some teething problems, which we hope will soon be rectified.)

Do I get to keep my car keys?
With Meet & Greet parking, you will not be able to keep your keys as the chauffer will need to take drive your car to the car park, then back to the airport when you return.
Book your Meet & Greet online, drive to the airport, and meet at the designated place. A driver will greet you and take your car to the secure car park, whilst you get on with enjoying your holiday. On your return, the driver should be waiting with your car for you right at the airport, so you can continue you journey home smoothly.
