One of the few approved meet and greet operators at London Gatwick Airport, Ace Meet & Greet Parking offers the time-saving convenience of driving up to the terminal, rather than parking in an off-airport car park that requires a shuttle transfer to check-in.

The drop-off area is a designated zone within the Short Stay car park, right opposite the terminal. All you need to do is drive into the car park, follow the signs to Ace Meet & Greet, and hand your car keys over to the uniformed staff. As you take the 2-minute stroll to the terminal building, your car will be driven away to a secured Ace parking facility, for the duration of your trip.

Ace car parks are surrounded by modern security fencing and are installed with 24-hour security alarms, CCTV monitors and security lighting. They are patrolled 24 hours.

Disabled Facilities

Ace Meet & Greet offers maximum ease and convenience for parking at Gatwick. The drop-off and pick-up areas are no more than a 2-minute walk from the terminal and the Ace staff are always on hand to offer assistance, if required.

Arrival Procedure

Please call Ace Meet & Greet Parking on 01293 533 000 when you are 15 minutes away from the airport. For Sat Navs, use post-code RH6 0PJ but only as far as the main North Terminal roundabout.

North Terminal

  1. From the main North Terminal roundabout, follow the signs for “Drop Off and Hotels” and keep in the right-hand lane.
  2. Follow the signs for “Hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel” and stay in the right-hand lane.
  3. Drive towards the pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels.
  4. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel car park. 
  5. Take a ticket from the barrier and keep it to give to your driver.
  6. Follow the Meet & Greet signs.
  7. When you arrive in the dedicated meet and greet area, park in a meet and greet bay and look out for Ace Meet & Greet uniformed staff.

Return Procedure

North Terminal

  1. As you come out of International Arrivals, turn right to exit the terminal building.
  2. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt.
  3. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel.
  4. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park, following the signs for Meet & Greet Operators.
  5. Your car will be ready for you in the meet and greet reception area.

Please be aware that if you call for your car and do not collect it within 20 minutes at the meeting point, you will be subject to the Short Stay car park charges thereafter. If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you booked, please contact Ace Parking on 01293 533000 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays.

Transfers to and from Gatwick Airport

There is no need to take a transfer bus with Ace Meet & Greet Parking, as you drop your car off in one of the car parks just a short walk from the airport terminal.

Maximum vehicle height: 2m.

Vehicle restrictions apply. For insurance purposes, Ace Meet & Greet Parking cannot accept bookings for the following makes of car: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati.

Trailers are not accepted. Vehicles must fit in a standard parking space (2,4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle is specially adapted, please call Ace contact centre to check if it can be accommodated.

Are your drivers insured to drive my car?

Yes, all our drivers must be fully insured to drive your vehicle. It is a legal requirement for all meet and greet companies to have a policy which covers all their drivers to drive their customers cars.

Are you open 24/7?

Most of our car parks are open 24/7 365 days a year. Our contact centre is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Are there any vehicle restrictions?

Generally, if your vehicle will fit in a standard parking space, there are no extra fees. This can vary by car park, so it’s best to check your booking confirmation. Expect an extra fee if you’re planning on parking a very large commercial vehicle.
